The scrubs are fine overall, but reading between the lines, it feels like you’re paying more for the idea of them than the actual quality. I expected them to feel a little nicer for the price. They’re not bad by any means, just not something I’d personally buy again at that cost.

I was really happy to find my size and the color I wanted without any hassle. I didn’t have to wait around, and checkout was super quick too. Such an easy, pleasant experience!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and had to exchange it. It wasn’t exactly difficult, but wow, the whole thing moved like a total slowpoke operation. I had to keep checking back for updates, which got annoying fast. The staff were nice enough and not jerks about it, but the return process definitely felt clunky and could use some work.

I ordered my usual size, but it was way too small and didn’t fit at all. i’m disappointed and feel like this should have been more accurate. I’d appreciate an apology or some acknowledgment, because the sizing really missed the mark for me.

I don’t have much patience for messed-up orders, so I was relieved everything showed up exactly as I ordered it. No issues, no back-and-forth, just how it should be.

The site has a nice clean feel overall, and it was easy to browse. I liked the product photos and the way things were laid out. Some pages did take a little longer to load though, at least when I was checking it

I picked up a Medelita coat because I was tired of looking rumpled halfway through the day. If you’re on your feet, sitting, moving room to room, and trying to stay presentable, this one holds up really well. Mine stays smooth even after a full shift, which is more than I can say for a few coats I’ve had before.
I do still hang it up after washing, just to keep it in good shape, but I’m not dragging out the iron every time anymore. If you’re debating it, especially for workdays where you need to look put together without extra fuss, I’d say it’s worth considering.

I bought a lab coat from Medelita a few months ago, and I’m really grateful for how well it’s held up. It’s been through a bunch of washes and still looks great, no fading, no loose seams, nothing. It feels much sturdier than my old coats, and I really appreciate having something that seems like it’s going to last.

I wish I had read the reviews first because the website ended up being confusing. It was hard to navigate, and I spent more time trying to figure things out than I expected. Kind of regret not checking what others said before using it...

I also got inconsistent answers about the pocket size before buying, which made it even more annoying once I actually tried it on. For the price, I expected better placement and deeper pockets. It’s not the worst coat, but during a busy shift, it gets irritating fast...

At first, the site looked clean and professional, and I expected to like it. But as I clicked around, I just had this gut feeling that it was a little too polished in a way that didn’t fully feel trustworthy. The photos looked good, but the whole setup felt more like a promo page than a normal shopping site. I can’t point to one huge problem, it just didn’t feel clear or comfortable to browse. I ordered a scrub top from Medelita and the color was close to what I saw in the photos. It might be just a little darker in person, but not in a way that bothered me. I’ve had online orders where the color feels like a total guess, so it was nice to feel like what I chose actually matched what showed up. It made me realize how much those small details matter when you’re wearing something all day. I’m giving 4 stars only because I’d love to see the colors shown in different lighting, but overall I’m happy with it.

I wanted to like this, and to be fair, the quality seemed okay, but the fabric just didn’t feel comfortable on me. It felt a bit stiff and tight throughout the day, and I kept wishing I could change out of it. It might work better for someone else, but it wasn’t a good fit for me.

I got these scrubs from Medelita the stretch in the fabric is really nice. They move with me during my shifts and don’t feel stiff when I’m bending, reaching, or just running around. The waistband could use a tiny bit more give, I think, but maybe that’s just me because... anyway, overall they’re comfortable and they still look good after washing. I’d give them 4 stars.

I ordered scrubs from Medelita thinking they’d ship within a few days, but the order just sat there with barely any updates. The tracking didn’t move for what felt like forever, and I kept checking because I actually needed them for work.
By the time the scrubs finally arrived, it was already too late for when I needed them. Customer service replied, but it was mostly generic responses and nothing really changed. For the price, I expected much better shipping and at least some kind of apology.

The scrubs themselves are actually nice. They feel good, look clean, and I was hoping they’d become my go-to pair for work. I’m picky about scrubs the same way I’m picky about coffee mugs, which is probably weird, but if I’m using something all day, I want it to be right.

The problem was the customer service. I emailed them about a sizing issue and it took several days to hear back. When they finally replied, it seemed like they hadn’t really read what I wrote, so I had to explain the whole thing again. By that point I was already annoyed, and I had a pile of laundry staring at me, so maybe my patience was not at its best.

The return process was also more confusing and slower than I expected. For the price, I thought the help would be a lot smoother. I do like the scrubs, but the support experience kind of ruined it for me, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless I really had no other option
